You lost your card, your wallet was stolen or you noticed fraudulent activity on your Skipr account? Don't wait and block your card.
Here is how to:
- Through the web access: click on "My card" in the left-side menu
- In the mobile app: scroll down and click on "Card"
On the next screen, click on "Skipr card", to display the actions related to your card.
Click on "Block the card" and confirm your action. Your card will be blocked immediately.
Blocking the card has no impact on in-app purchases, you can still purchase SNCB/NMBS, De Lijn or STIB/MIVB tickets.
