Be sure to check your wallet balance regularly and top it up if it gets too low, as this could result in your employees being denied payments.
In the event that your wallet balance is too low, we will display a note directly on your dashboard, as well as when you view your account details.
In order to top up your wallet when its balance is insufficient or below a certain amount, you just have to schedule a transfer.
Find your account's IBAN number from your Dashboard, by clicking the first block on the top left "Wallet".
Administrators will also receive an email to notify them of a low balance.
