Which documents are required to create a company account?

To open a business account with Skipr, you will need to provide the following documents.

If your company is based in Belgium:

  • CBE - according to Belgian regulations. An extract from the Belgian Trade Register with a summary of the company. You can obtain this online.
  • The Statutes of the company: a document that documents the incorporation of the company and defines the responsibilities of the directors, the type of business to be undertaken and the means by which the shareholders exercise control over the board of directors.
  • A copy of both sides of a valid ID (ID card or passport) of the legal representative (What is a legal representative?) so that we can quickly check his identity.

If your company is based in France :

  • KBIS - according to French regulations. An extract from the French trade register with a summary of the company. You can obtain this online.
  • The company's Articles of Association: a document that documents the incorporation of the company and defines the responsibilities of the directors, the type of business to be undertaken and the means by which the shareholders exercise control over the board of directors.
  • A copy of both sides of a valid ID (ID card or passport) of the legal representative (What is a legal representative?) so that we can quickly check his identity.

You will be reminded of the detailed description of the information we require and the documents we will accept as proof during the onboarding phase. Our agents are also available via support to guide you through this process.

Once your application has been reviewed, we may ask you to confirm certain details about your company and, in some cases, to provide additional documentation.
