The team management module allows you to define the hierarchical levels of your organization.

A Team is composed of :

  • one or more human resources managers
  • one or more managers
  • one or more employees

In order for your employees and team managers to be available in this module, their accounts must be created and they must have activated their spaces from the invitation email received after the account creation.

The manager will be given certain permissions on the members of his team (validation of services, reimbursements, approval of expenses, ...).

This module is accessible from the Settings tab in the dedicated section Teams.
