How can I buy a ticket from De Lijn?

You can buy a De Lijn bus/tram ticket from the itinerary planner or from the "Buy a ticket" section.
You can buy tickets in advance, and activate them whenever you need.

From the itinerary planner:

1. From your app's homepage, click on "Where are you going" at the top of the page, to open the itinerary planner

2. Enter your destination in the search bar

3. Select the suggested De Lijn journey
4. Press "Buy" (or "activate" if you already purchased tickets)
5. Select the type of ticket you're interested in
6. Agree to the De Lijn Terms & Conditions and press "Purchase"

From the "Buy a ticket" section:

1. Scroll down in your Skipr app
2. Click on "De Lijn"
3. Click on "Buy (more) tickets"
4. Select the type of ticket you're interested in
5. Agree to the De Lijn Terms & Conditions and press "Purchase"

Ticket activation

Ticker purchase is not sufficient to travel with De Lijn. You need to activate your tickets for each trip you make.

1. Scroll down in your Skipr app
2. Click on "De Lijn"
3. Select the number of tickets you want to activate
4. Click on "Activate my ticket"
5. Your ticket will automatically be displayed

Starting at the moment of activation, your ticket will be valid for 60 minutes.

Your active tickets are accessible at all times from the "Active tickets" section on the app home screen.
