Do you see an expense which requires more info? This can mean 2 things:
- Your company's approval policy requires additional information. For example, you are asked to add a receipt or a comment
- Skipr requires additional information in order to properly categorise the expense. For example, some mobility operators offer different services (e.g. Dott offers both kick scooters and shared bicycles)
To add more information about an expense:
- Click on the expense in your app or dashboard
- Select the correct mobility service
- Select the correct product
- Save the expense
