If you are unable to present your mobile ticket during ticket check, the train manager will fill in a Statement of Irregularity (C170 form), with which you can pursue your journey.

 

In order to avoid paying the fine, you should contact SNCB Customer Services as soon as possible by filling in this form, and providing them with proof of the initial purchase (eg. a screenshot of your initial ticket).
