If an active employee is on leave permanently or temporarily, you can can suspend their access to the platform for a specific period of time, and rest assured that their account is secured for the time being.
You simply have to go to the Employee section, open the actions related to the employee, and click on "Suspend the account".
A pop up will be displayed to summarise the impact of the suspension:
- that the employee will not have access to their Program(s) anymore
- that their Skipr card will be blocked
- all their privileges will be suspended until further notice.
You'll then have to select the date when the suspension will be effective.
If the suspension is effective right away, the employee will appear in the "Suspended accounts" page.
Otherwise, if it's a planned suspension, you will see a "Planned suspensions" button on the "Active accounts" page.
The suspended accounts are easily visible in the "Validation" section, as they'll have a blocked icon before their name; so that you can flag right away the expenses that need to be reviewed/reimbursed for suspended employees.
