How can I use my SNCB/NMBS Standard Multi?

Once you bought your SNCB/NMBS Standard Multi, you can easily use the journeys when you pay for an SNCB/NMBS ticket (from the itinerary calculation or the "Buy a ticket" section).

• Indicate your departure and arrival stations and activate the toggle "Use a Standard Multi". The price of your ticket will then drop to zero. Click on "Continue" to finalize your purchase.

• The ticket will be accessible in the "Active tickets" section and the number of your remaining Standard Multi tickets will be updated.

💡 Standard Multi can be used for single or return trips

💡 The toggle to use a Standard Multi will only be displayed when the class of your Standard Multi matches the class you are looking to purchase (eg. if you previously bought a Standard Multi 2nd class and are now trying to pay for a ticket in 1st class, so you won't see the toggle)
