How to manage several entities of an organisation?

You can easily manage mobility for several entities of your company using Skipr.

If your organisation is composed of several entities, you will be able to access any of them using a single account. As each entity is a different legal organisation, each entity has its own Dashboard and Wallet.

If you have access to manage multiple entities in Skipr, you can easily switch workspaces to access the dashboard of any entity you have access to. To do so, just use the switch component that is shown on the top left corner of the dashboard. Note that if you don’t see the switch, it means you only have access to one entity. To get access to other entities, please contact our support.

Once an entity is selected, the dashboard will reload with the information related to the selected entity.

Once on the dashboard of a selected entity, you can act on it, by adding new employees, configure programs and groups, manager expense, etc. However, you will only be able to act on the entity you selected, as it is not possible to perform actions that will affect several entities.
