What is a company wallet?
Your Company Wallet is the corporate payment account, created in your company's name, where your employees' mobility funds are available. All the employees' payment card & mobile app expenses are deducted from this company wallet.
You can view the balance and details of your company wallet from your admin dashboard, by clicking on the first block at the top left "Wallet". The IBAN of the account allows you to refill it via a transfer.
When your company wallet falls below a certain threshold an email is sent to all admin accounts of this entity to warn them. Please always make sure to refill the company wallet on time. If not, employees will be blocked from doing payment card & mobile app expenses.
💡 If you want to customise the threshold of when a low wallet email is sent, please reach out to your account manager or the support team
How to refill my company wallet?
In order to top up your company wallet, a money transfer (SEPA, not SWIFT) needs to be done. Please find your wallet's IBAN and BIC on your admin dashboard, by clicking the first block on the top left "Wallet".
💡 Don't wire money to the account of Skipr (on which the user fees need to be paid) as we can't transfer it to your wallet for you
💡 You can request an account statement, bank certificate (RIB) and prepayment notice by reaching out to your account manager of the support team
