If you're going on temporary or permanent leave, your company will suspend your Skipr account.
Depending on when the suspension will be effective, you'll receive several warnings:
- 10 days before your suspension: a pop-up message and a banner will be displayed on your web dashboard and on your app to warn you about it.
- The day of your suspension: you'll receive an email saying that your account has been suspended.
Once the suspension is effective, you will not be able to access your Skipr web dashboard or app anymore. Your Skipr card will be blocked and you will no longer be able to use your budgets.
If you try to connect to your Skipr account after your suspension, you'll see an informative message explaining the situation.
Do you think your account has been wrongfully suspended? Do not hesitate to ask your employer for information.
