If your employer has a third-party payment agreement with one of the public transport providers in Belgium (NMBS, STIB, De Lijn, or TEC), you can purchase your subscription at a reduced price.
In some cases, your employer may delegate the subscription ordering process to Skipr. If this is the case, you can request the subscription directly via your personal dashboard. We will then take care of the rest.
Follow the steps below to request your subscription and see what to expect next:
Step 1: Start your request
- Log in to your Skipr dashboard.
- Click on "New request" and then on "New subscription".
Step 2: Complete the request form
- A form will open. Please fill it in completely and submit it.

Please note: Be sure to request your subscription at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
- Subscriptions are only ordered once a week, usually on Wednesday or Thursday.
- Example: if you submit your request on a Friday, your subscription will only be ordered the following Wednesday or Thursday.
- Specific for STIB: these subscriptions can only start on the first day of the month.
Step 3: Track the status of your request
- A pop-up will appear in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard where you can track your request status:
- Pending: we have received your request; the subscription will be ordered soon.
- Approved: the subscription has been ordered.
Step 4: We will order your subscription
- Once we receive your request, we will process the subscription order as soon as possible.
What if I want to renew my subscription?
Please note that your subscription is not renewed automatically. A new request is always required before a subscription can be ordered or renewed.
If your current subscription is about to expire, make sure to submit a new request in time via your dashboard, ideally 1 to 2 weeks before the expiration date, to ensure your subscription is renewed without interruption.
