You lost your card, your wallet was stolen or you noticed fraudulent activity on your Skipr account? Don't wait and block your card. Here is how to:
- In the web dashboard and mobile app, click on "Payment methods"
- Click on "Mobility card"
- Click on "Block the card" and confirm your action. Your card will be blocked immediately.
💡 Blocking the card has no impact on in-app purchases, you can still purchase SNCB/NMBS, De Lijn or STIB/MIVB tickets.
💡 If you want to get your card unblocked or receive a new card, reach out to our Support team by sending in a new request in the top right corner of this page.
