How to connect to Skipr?

Once your company has invited you to use Skipr, you will receive a welcome email which contains a link allowing you to activate your account and set your password.

🔐 Your password must comply with the following security rules:

  • Must contain at least 12 characters
  • Must contain at least one capital letter
  • Must contain at least one number
  • Must contain at least one special character (?%£@€)

When your password is set, you will be prompted to enter your login information. You will then need to enter a one-time code received by email and will have the option to remember your device for 30 days.

After having activated your account, you will receive a confirmation email and the link to download the mobile app.

You will now be able to start using your mobile app, dashboard and payment card!

 

💡 If your company uses SSO (single sign-on) to access Skipr, simply enter your professional email address and the corresponding password (it is not necessary to define a new one). A pop-up similar to the one below will appear after you enter your work email.

💡 If you are logged out and have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. To do this, click on "Forgot your password?" on the login screen of your mobile application or dashboard. If your company is using SSO (single sign-on), you cannot reset your password using Skipr.

💡 Has your invitation expired? Once you have clicked on the invitation link, you have the option to request a new invitation. It may take up to 10 minutes to appear in your mailbox.

💡 If your account is suspended, you will receive a warning 10 days in advance and an email on the day of the suspension. When your account is suspended you won't have access anymore to the mobile app, dashboard or payment card.
