You can easily consult the details of the MOBIB card linked to your Skipr account from the mobile app's home screen. Scroll down to the "Buy a ticket" section and click on the MIVB/STIB. You can also easily remove the link with your MOBIB card by clicking on the bin icon next to your card.

All Belgian public transport services sell MOBIB cards that give you the possibility of charging STIB/MIVB tickets on them. However, if you have never charged STIB/MIVB's services on your SNCB/ NMBS, De Lijn or TEC MOBIB card, it will not be connected to STIB/MIVB. That is why you will not be able to add it to the Skipr app.
You can get your card activated for STIB/MIVB by going to a STIB/MIVB point of sale such as a Bootik, a Kiosk, or a GO vending machine to accept the Terms of Service.
