How can I change the program linked to my Skipr card?

💡 This article is only relevant if you are in multiple mobility programs

You can change which mobility program is active in the mobile app as follows:

1. Scroll down to the Payment methods section
2. Click on Skipr card
3. Enter your 6-digit verification code (in case you don't have a code, you can request a new one by clicking on "ask for a new one.", in purple)
   
   
   
   
4. Click on "Mobility card"
5. Click on "Link another account"
   
    
   
   
6. Chose the program you wish to activate on the card
   
   
   
   
7. Click on "Save"

💡 Good to know
It can take up to 10 minutes for a Service to become active on the card if the service was not allowed on the previously active program.
