Do you see an expense which requires more info? This can mean 2 things:
- Your company's approval policy requires additional information. For example, you are asked to add a receipt or a comment
- Our system requires additional information in order to properly categorise the expense. For example, some mobility operators offer different services (e.g. Dott offers both kick scooters and shared bicycles)
To add more information to an expense:
- Click on the expense that requires more info in your mobile app or dashboard
- Select the correct mobility service and merchant
- Add the receipt & description
- Submit the expense
