How to give a user admin privileges?

To give an existing employee management privileges:

  • Go to "Roles"
  • Click on "Grant admin rights"
  • Select the employee you want to give management privileges
  • Select if you want to give Admin or Controller privileges

💡 To give admin privileges to someone who doesn't have an employee account, please contact customer support

 

⚠️ Important note: Admin-only accounts are created exclusively by our technical team and cannot be created by customers themselves.
If you wish to convert an administrator account into a user + administrator account, please contact our support team.
