How to reactivate an employee?

If a suspended employee is coming back, you can easily reactivate the Skipr account. Once the account is reactivated, the user will have access to the mobile app, payment card and web dashboard.

To do so:

  • Go to the "Suspended accounts" page in the Employee section
  • Open the actions related to the employee by clicking on the three dots at the end of the line
  • Click on "Reactivate the account"
  • Select the date as of when the account needs to be reactivated

💡 If the reactivation is effective right away, the employee will appear in the "Active accounts" list.
Otherwise, if it's a reactivation in the future, you will see a "Planned reactivation" button at the top of the "Suspended accounts" page. By clicking on this button, you can cancel or modify the planned reactivation.
