What is a team?
The teams module allows you to define the hierarchical levels of your organization. Once defined, the team managers will be able to validate expenses of their team members. They only have access to the "Validations" tab, just like a controller.
A Team is composed of :
- one or more admins
- one or more team managers
- one or more employees
How to create a team?
To create a team:
- Go to "Teams" and click on "Create a team"
- Fill in the name of the team, assign a team manager and admin, and add the team members
💡 To edit a team, go to the "Teams" section and click on the 3 dots
