We are delighted to have you as a user.

Now that you have set your password and logged into your application or employee dashboard for the first time, you will be able to easily control your mobility with Skipr.

Let us first introduce you to the different elements you have access to.

 

Dashboard

This is where you can view the different programs you are a part of, your remaining budget, as well as your expense history, sorted by their different statuses.

You can also enter a new claim directly from this screen, by clicking the "New request" button at the top right corner of your dashboard, or directly from your mobile app.

From the homepage of your mobile application, you will also be able to access the itinerary search and the vehicles around you.

My Services

In this section is the catalogue of mobility services to which you are entitled as part of your Mobility Program.

My Skipr card

Easily manage your Skipr card and your personal bank card from your application or dashboard:

  • View your Skipr card details, to link it to mobility services
  • Order your physical card, if your company allows it
  • Block your card, if you lost it or noticed fraudulent transactions
  • Coming soon: Add your personal bank card, to pay your share for Services that would not be fully covered by your employer (e.g. public transport subscriptions).
